Two Pen caps, the cap to your right is an SD studios pencap with a thread inside, the cap to your left is a cap without the thread on the inside. In the movie one can see Scaramanga pulling the pen cap of the pen when assembling the GG. i have replicated that with the pen cap to the leftpen cap before it was gold plated.
