Here is Gabrielle’s signature costume—in particular, one of the style worn by the Battling Bard in seasons 3 and (partially) 4 of the series. It includes Gabrielle’s trademark BGSB (or “Bilious Green Sports Bra”) with embroidered leaf motifs and wooden bead embellishments, her rust paneled skirt, and her leather belt with painted and embroidered geometric motifs. The top and skirt were originally sold during the online portion of the 2001-2002 It's A Wrap! auction. The belt was added to the costume later, purchased from the in-person IAW warehouse sale in Burbank, which occurred the same weekend as the 2002 Xena Con in Pasadena. The belt is either a stand-in’s or a stuntie’s, as indicated on a wardrobe tag affixed to the reverse side that reads “Gabrielle DBL.”
