This is a cast of Freddy's screen used teeth from A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master.
I bought this a few years ago from William Forshe, who worked under the direction of John Carl Buechler. Has direct lineage to the movie prosthetics! Comes with a COA from Forshe Designs, which also included a DVD, a few autographs, and smaller plastic 3D scan of the teeth appliances.
