Original production Skull T-Shirt from Frank Castle's (Thomas Jane) wardrobe from The Punisher (2004). This is one of several shirts like this he wore, and fits like a size Medium. This particular shirt has a unique identifying feature, but I have not screen-matched it yet.
As you'll notice, Frank Castle is wearing a 'different' skull shirt in each of the three reference photos posted here. My t-shirt most closely resembles the one in the second photo where Frank is looking around the corner.
