Original prop made for the Brad Pitt Netflix film WAR MACHINE (directed by David Michôd). It features Brad Pitt as General Glen McMahon. I haven't been able to pinpoint which set in the film this was used to decorate, but it was made for the film and may well have featured in a deleted scene.
