Description

ID radiation plate used by Omar Epps as Dr.Eric Foreman in the filming of the television series House M.D. (2004, NBC Universal Television). The ID is personalized with the name of the character "Dr. Eric Foreman" and includes the name of the Princeton Plainsboro hospital. Two versions of the sheet were designed, one in green and one in blue like this one, the latter being the most used in the filming of the series. In several scenes and even in various promotional photos the sheet appeared in the chest pocket and in others it appeared in the right side pocket, depending on the requirements of the filming.
