This is the one of a kind prop head and face mask of Eric 'Matthew Bomer'this can be clearly seen and screen matched in the film and in the special features of the film.
This head and face are incredibly realistic looking and still have blood inside the face from where Leatherface cuts peels Eric's face off of his head and puts it on his own face.
