This is a blank costumer's tag from Star Trek Enterprise; the costumer would sew this tag into a costume and then write the name of the actor or actress that the costume was made for in magic marker on the tag. Sometimes they would also write other information such as the episode number on the tag.An Enterprise tag with Scott Bakula's name on it (unfortunately the name is very faded on this tag, normally it is darker than this on the tag)
