I created three replica pairs of Fairuza Balk's Dorothy Ruby Slippers using Amelie satin shoes from American Duchess in 2018. The shoes were dyed red with leather paint inside and out, and covered in lochrose rhinestones adhered with e6000 glue. The bows were made with grogain and a large plexiglass center stone. Two pairs were made with red velvet insoles, the other was left just painted. The Amelie shoe sold out many years ago so I don't have plans to make any more for sale, although I do have one pair of blank shoes sitting in my garage just waiting for me to make them into Fairuza's slippers for my display case.
