This is a jumpsuit, belt, and shoes are from The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1. These are seen throughout district 13. This jumpsuit was worn by stunt actress Amy Lynn Tuttle. The costume is the same as one that Katniss has on in her hospital room and then throughout the film.
