This is Spottswoode's Lamborghini Diablo stretch limousine. This is the one used in the overhead shot when the wings pop out after Baxter hits the Valmorphanize button. It's about 14 inches long with an 11 inch wingspan. Here it is with the wings retracted. Notice it also has the 'Team America' name on the side even though at the scene this prop is used that hasn't been revealed yet (and you can just barely see it on the screen capture). It doesn't have any working lights either, that was added after filming.
