The The Dark Ones Blood Vial Amulet initially worn by Scarlett Harker and later Vanessa Van-Helsing following Scarlett\\\'s death, specifically the prop seen during the scene in Season 4 Episode 1 \\\"The Dark Destiny\\\" where we see Vanessa open the vial and attempt to pour the blood into the fire, the only time we ever see the vial being opened.
