Count Dooku was a nobleman inducted into the jedi order and trained by Yoda himself. Upon becoming a master, Dooku trained Qui-gon Jinn; however, he became disillusioned with the order and left much to the dissapointment of his comrades. Not long after, Dooku was seduced by the dark side and became the unassuming apprentice of Darth Sidious. Doning a new sith identity, Darth Tyranus, he did his master\'s bidding skillfully and without suspicion. Tyranus successfully convinced many star systems to secede from Galatic Republic, an effort that would one day lead to its total downfall. As great a diplomat as he was, Dooku was also a skilled duelist; his uniquely shaped hilt allowed him to make quick strikes and evasive parries in both one-handed and two-handed forms. Master Replicas was given direct access to a screen-used prop from the LucasFilm archives. Their engineers took many measurements and photos before sourcing out the exact materials used on the original prop to create this very accurate replica. Limited Edition 1066/3500.
