This is the exact replica of Cosima's necklace from episode 2.02 and her bracelet from episode 1.07 ("Governed by Sound Reason and True Religion" and "Parts Developed in an Unusual Manner"). They are the exact same brand, color and size. I also have the matching earrings. Even though Cosima has never worn earrings like that, they make a really great set.
