S04E03 - JD is struggling with many aspects of the title Co-Chief Resident alongside Dr. Reid. In one scene JD asks Dr. Kelso about the paychecks they get and how they are both the same. Dr. Kelso verbally says they shouldn't be a gives $10 more to Dr. Reid and takes $10 from JD from here forward.
I recently aquired the second 'FOLDED' check that JD holds upside down. It does has the same info as the unfolded check though. Likely the only two made for production since they both have Elliot Reid's name on them.
