This is the X Ray that used in the scene where Morgan and Rex are both impaled thru spikes. This X-Ray can be CLEARLY seen in 2 parts of the scene... Once, when Morgan first wakes up and plays the tape recorder, theres an upclose shot... and also in a scene where Rigg walks past it discovering the grisly crime scene.Photo of an upclose shot in the final version of the film. It also appears in another scene in which Rigg walks past it.
