This is a fan-made replica of the enchanted bus ticket seen in the show. The one in the show had been imbued with the ability, when outside of the Lost Room, to transport a person to US Route 66 outside Gallup, New Mexico (where the Sunshine motel was located) when touched to the user's skin.
