A full size maquette bust of Adam’s (Stelian Urian) burnt head from the horror film Hellraiser: Hellworld. This bust was made for the special effects team on the production to use as a prototype for the make up effects and colour reference. Made from rubber the bust has details of the burns that Adam inflicted on himself. Adam can be seen throughout the film taunting Cheslea (Katheryn Winnick).
