The over boots are red over black and have a little bit of fur sticking out. The soles show wear. The heels are worn. They are dusty. Look at the photos carefully. The inner boot (the one with the toes attached) are a pair of Body Glove brand neoprene diver's booties. The over boots are an open toed design that allows the toes on the booties to show sticking through. They are obviously artfully hand made.
