This is a hero ID used by the character of Andy, actor Steve Carell in the Judd Apatow comedy 40 Year Old Virgin. Goaded by his buddies, a nerdy guy who's never "done the deed" only finds the pressure mounting when he meets a single mother. Andy can be seen wearing this ID throughout the film as he worked at Smart Tech.
