This is an ACTUAL Full-Size REPLICA of a Proclamation used in "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" stating that "All Uauthorised Textbooks Will Be Confiscated Immediately From The Offending Student." The prop was created in reference to the ACTUAL prop itself, and even more unique is that is one is NOT once seen on screen.
