This necklace was personally designed by Robert Downey Jr. for the crew of Iron Man 3.  It was handmade by celebrity jeweler Robert Procop, is plated in 24K gold, and features 6 diamonds.  It also comes with the designer's tag and a custom box that says "Stark Industries Top Secret IM3 Jeweled Materials."
