This Ebbing Snow Globe (Ebbing is not a real place) is from the movie "Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri". The film was filmed locally outside Asheville, NC.
The prop was donated by the production company to the local Goodwill, hence the Goodwill sticker on the item.
