This is a reproduction of the ID badge used by Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford) in the 1982 film. The maker of this piece has dubbed it his "30th Anniversary Edition". It was made after much painstaking research to get it as close to the screen-used piece as possible, including real amerblith for the red "X" and even the same typos on the back of the ID (ie. "Coed" instead of "Code").
