This is one of the "Hero" Zuni puppets created for the sequel to "Trilogy Of Terror". He has a motor inside him and he runs in place.
The Zunis for this movie each did a different job according to the scene. This Zuni runs across the museum floor in the movie and still works. (Parts of the picture have been blurred to prevent copies being created).
