This is the removable phaser I from Star Trek III made by Richard Coyle and sold by roddenberry.com. There is a switch that lights up the trigger with alternating red and green lights. When the trigger is pressed the sound activates and there are lights on top of the phaser as well as a series of lights at the emitter.
