unknown production, metal alien object

This is a solid metal object with alien language on it. Looks like it could be a topper to a flag pole or standard or even a control lever. AC letters mark on back. I got this 15 years ago, the person I got it from told me they had it since the 80\\\'s so it is at least that old. Enjoy! NFS
