This is Larry Wharton's special effects bust from the 2009 horror film The Collector. After Arkin (Josh Stewart) discovers Larry in a strange box, he then rescues Hannah (Karley Scott Collins) and the two of them hide out in the bathroom. The Collector then uses Larry face as an object in which he breaks down the bathroom door to get to Arkin and Hannah. Items such as this were used during those scenes as Larry's face is repeatedly smashed into the wood door. Made primarily out of a soft foam, this SFX bust was carefully crafted out of a thin layer of silicone which was placed over a foam base. The face displays a look of agony covered in cuts and dried fake blood. There is a large rubber tube extending out the base of the bust which was once filled with fake blood for SFX during filming.
