When a convicted serial killer known as Shadow (Tony Todd) performs a bizarre occult ritual shortly before his execution, he infects his fellow inmates with the thirst for human blood and prompts the warden to have them all slaughtered. Twenty years later, the undead spirits have unleashed their wrath on the facility, which is now a prison for women where Solitaire (Carla Greene), a mysterious beauty with supernatural powers, is serving time.
This mask was worn on screen by one of the many extras playing zombies. The mask is made of rubber with applied hair and features a string closure at the back.
