Xena: Warrior Princess, Xena's original version chakram
original movie prop weapon
Xena's signature weapon, the original version of her chakram. Made of resin, painted and patinated and inlaid with paua shell. This version is made of the lighter weight resin and is distressed, most likely for use in filming spinning sequences which were filmed separately and then edited into the scenes. Also shown with a bit of Xena's leathers and with her whip in foam, both featured elsewhere here in my collection.
