Xena: Warrior Princess, Xena’s broken chakram from “The Xena Scrolls”

This is the broken chakram from the season 2 episode “The Xena Scrolls.” In 1940 Macedonia, Melinda Pappas discovers half of the chakram alongside Gabrielle’s legendary scrolls, hidden inside of a concealed niche within the walls of Ares’ tomb. This is the hero metal prop used for the scenes of Mel being led through the tomb, as well as various close-up shots before the chakram is fused back together. The coloring of the paua shells and the “break” lines match up exactly with the prop used on screen.
