This is a panel from Alpha Computer X5, which can be seen on various occasions thoughout the series. Easily identified by the peculiar colours of the buttons.
A perfect screen-match on several episodes. Orange stickers were added later, for no apparent reason (maybe I'll never find out) but I'm wary of removing them...
