In season four episode The Kindred, Human-Wraith hybrid Michael (played by Connor 'Trip Tucker' Trinneer) uses this decidedly sinister looking ultrasound probe to scan the unborn son of Teyla Emmagan, whom he had kidnapped with the intent of using her baby to perfect his technique for creating more Wraith hybrids.

Slightly larger than a human ultrasound probe, this hero prop has a brown latex skin with four protruding gray rubber horns, spiney gray rubber handle, and long tentacle-like cord. Electronics are powered by a 12V CCTV adapter that plugs into the end of the cord, with five red cycling LEDs on the dorsum, six pulsating light panels on the scanface underneath, and a hidden control switch.
