Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Willow's bracelets

These glass-bead bracelets were worn by Alyson Hannigan as Willow on Buffy the Vampire Slayer. They are screen-used according to the Fox COA, but no episode is given and I have not been able to spot them. Suggestions welcome!
Edit: I have been notified that the COA might be faked. Evidently there are elaborate fakes of Fox COAs out there, and I did not buy this first hand. I'm no longer convinced it is genuine.
