This is a prosthetic fx piece used in the Bruce Campbell movie, Man with the Screaming Brain. It is the "brain bonnet" worn by Bruce Campbell as William Cole when he is receiving the transplant. This occurs about 1/2 way through the movie. Please note this item is not for sale. Thanks
