This crucifix is seen during the iconic scene where Carrie levitates her mother in the living room and for the first exposes her powers to her. It can be seen above the couch. In the BluRay extras, it was moved behind where Julianne Moore was giving her interview. This crucifix has a light wood grain pattern in the center of it which is clearly matched along with other characteristics to include the size and hanging hook which confirms that it is screen mathched along with the COA.
