Iron Man 2, Whiplash Arc Reactor Mk II

Ivan Vanko idly adjusts this much improved version of his Whiplash armor arc reactor, while on the phone toying with Justin Hammer shortly before the Stark Expo attack. 

 

Resin body with metal and acrylic details.  Seven bright center LEDs and three illuminating rings, separately powered and controlled externally through an electrical harness that inserts in the back of the device.
