This is a weapons rack from the 3rd Season Deep Space Nine episode 'The Abandoned'.  In this episode Odo is unexpectedly worshiped by a foundling that grows at a remarkable rate - into a Jem Hadar, one of the genetically engineered soldiers of the Founders of The Dominion in the Gamma Quadrant.  To help channel and focus the foundlings aggression Odo creates a holosuite training program with some weapons (on a rack).
