Originally sold in week 47 of the IAW Star Trek auctions on eBay this Vulcan priestess costume was created for actress Gabby De Lys in Star Trek III: The Search for Spock. It may also have been used later in Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country.
Both the costume and hat have matching labels: "3-13."
