Arthur Dent and Ford Prefect find themselves trapped in a dark, dungeon-like washroom when they hitch a ride on a Vogon spaceship, just before the demolition of Earth, making way for a new galactic hyperspace expressway.

Fiberglass and particle board, of typically blocky Vogon design, painted and detailed to resemble ancient corroded metal. Rotating the handle toggles illuminating status indicators between red and green.  The handle displays a lot of 'play' while continuing to function due to a fairly ingenious internal mechanism.  Easily screen-matched to the switch that Ford (played by Mos Def) uses to turn on the room lights in the scene.
