Eureka, Vincent Holographic Cake Decorator

In third season episode I Do Over, Vincent puts the finishing touches on Allison and Nathan's wedding cake using an electronic holographic imaging cake decorating tool, which he wields like an artist's paintbrush.

 

Modified plastic found object (probably an RC remote), with a bank of red emitter LEDs and green status LED activated by a toggle switch on the front, and faux circuitry elements under the emitter face.
