Unknown Production (Movie or TV), Unknown Zombie-Like Foam Latex Arm

Unknown production. 

Arm seems to be made of foam latex with wire armature inside.

A little backstory -- this piece was advertised and came from a large collection of horror movie props. Other pieces in the lot were recognizable and verifiable, but no real pattern between productions. Many pieces from  that lot were datable from the 80s through the 90s. I had thought this piece looked VERY zombie-esque, which is why I purchased it, as thats primarily all I collect. Im not sure exactly what I have here but Im hoping that someone here might know what I have here or any possible clues.
