This is a very rare item. A prosthetic "appliance" used by special effect make-up artists to create realistic looking wounds and injuries. Virtually all of the time they are used, these appliances are simply thrown away. This is from "Underworld: Evolution" and was created for Marcus (Tony Curran) as prosthetic painted chest and abdomen appliance. It could have been used to show his ability to recover from injuries because of his special "first vampire" blood. The appliance is soft foam material laid over a plastic body form.
