Type of Starfleet communicator in use aboard the Kelvin, seen briefly at the start of the film. More reminiscent of the Star Trek TOS aesthetic than the comm subsequently found aboard nuKirk's Enterprise.
Multipart resin, acrylic, and metal replica, cast from a screenused prop using many original source materials; flip-open lid, no electronics.
