SeaQuest DSV, UEO Rank Patch (Ensign)

A UEO shoulder rank patch from a fictional United Nations military called the United Earth Oceans Organisation or UEO for short. This Ensign rank patch was worn by a commissioned officer and is the lowest rank for any commissioned officer in the UEO. Worn on the right hand shoulder of a UEO officer's uniform, two smaller ensign patches would accompany the uniforms collar area as well.
