This is the trap door mechanism from Laurie Stodes house in Halloween 2018. This is made of very heavy metal and the top turns on a very large bearing. This mechanism came from house where the movie was filmed and this prop consist of the metal mechanism which allowed the kitchen island to move.  The kitchen island was removed after filming. This mechanism is now a table but could easily convert back to a kitchen island as it was in the movie. This can be seen throughout the movie and is a major piece which was used in the ending to trap Michael Myers in Lauries cellar.
