This is a scratch built Enchanted Rose as seen in the animated Disney feature, "Beauty and the Beast (1991)." In the movie, as the rose petals fall, Beast (voiced by Robby Benson), who is a prince under an enchantment, comes ever closer to losing any chance of ever returning to his previous form.
