In the episode "Terror Of The Autons", this prop was viewed in one scene were the master was using it to strangle the Doctor with plastic phone cable wire.
I don't think it had a name, so I made one up. The Auton Telepathic Signal Plastic Remote Control Transmitter /Activator, or Plastic Remote for short.
The original prop was a small tube that didn't do anything. I put a light with mine as an added effect.
