Technical description: Black plastic wind-up flashlight with rubber on/off button, is missing winding handle, measures approx. 5.5in x 2.5in x 2in. Black neoprene holster with stiff plastic backing and Velcro belt loop, measures approx. 5in x 2.75in x 2.5in.
