This is a very nice and clean PADD replica seen in the last episode of Star Trek Voyager (ENDGAME).
This PADD displays the configuration if A Trans-Phasic Torpedo used to destroy the trans-warp conduit that led back to the Alfa Quadrant.
I Totally re-rendered the Screen graphic in Photoshop and printed it in photo paper. I believe that the padd is made not from resin but from ABS plastic. The PADD also includes A
